JOURNEY THERE

We build our homes in unique and extraordinary corners of the world, lost among immense natural beauty. To ensure a seamless journey and comfortable stay, we’ve put together some tips and information that will be useful before and during your time with us.

Our home is located 45 minutes by car from Windhoek Hosea Kutako International Airport (WDH) just east of the Namibian capital of Windhoek.
Upon request, we can arrange private, safe and reliable transportation booked by our Guest Experience team and billed as a room charge. Please contact us for further assistance with transportation.

For Guests arriving by car; Drive past the airport (for about 4kms), take the turn off to your right onto the M51 and then follow the road for 25kms until the Habitas sign appears on your right. Upon arrival your vehicle will be parked at the entrance and you will be escorted by a ranger to the property.

Weather

The weather at our home in Namibia is predominantly warm and dry year round. During Namibian summer, in the months of December and January, temperatures can reach as high as 35°C. The cooler months, from May to September, remains warm and sunny during the day with chilly nights; during this season, the ambient temperatures provide more comfortable opportunities for activities and a higher chance of wildlife sightings on safari.
