Our villas are sustainably designed to embrace the natural surroundings of the Ashar Valley. All of our villas offer scenic canyon views, private outdoor lounge decks, king-sized beds, indoor & outdoor showers, and scenic canyon views.

BOOK YOUR STAY

All guests staying at Our Habitas AlUla the evening of December 31, 2025 are invited to attend a gala dinner celebrating New Year’s Eve. The cost of dinner is reflected in the nightly room rate, and includes up to two guests per villa. Additional guests may attend the gala dinner for a fee. 

 

Celestial Villa

Our Celestial Villas feature telescopes and host spacious areas for lounging, entertaining and absorbing the dramatic views of burning sunsets amongst sandstone cliffs.

Alcove Villa

Our Alcove Villas have close-up views of the sandstone canyons. Take in the expansive desert views from your private terrace overlooking a starlit sky.

Canyon Villa

Nestled amongst an ancient oasis, our Canyon Villas are immersed in the natural wonders of the Ashar Valley, surrounded by sandstone cliffs and sprawling desert views.

Art Villas

Our Celestial and Canyon Art Villas tap into our creative spirit with views of one of the Desert X installations, including Falling Stones Garden and Najma.

Wellness Villas

Our Celestial and Alcove Wellness Villas highlight the power of well-being, with close proximity to Thuraya Wellness Center and additional wellness-focused amenities, such as yoga mats and private in-room massage sessions.

Arabian Villa

Our Arabian Villas are our largest and most secluded accommodations, featuring pristine views of the sweeping Ashar Valley and unique indoor and outdoor spaces ideal for lounging day or night.

Information to Note

  • All of our villas are located on the ground floor and not accessible via lifts.
  • Transportation to our villas is provided via electric carts.
  • Valet parking is available for hotel guests.
  • Children below 12 years of age must be accommodated with their parents / guardian. Children 13 years of age and above are considered adults.
  • Rollaway beds are not available at this time.
