Our restaurant, Levante, offers a laid-back dining experience overlooking the Dakhla Lagoon. With its blend of family-style communal tables and plush cushioned seating, we’re invited to unwind, connect and savor a fusion of Moroccan-Mexican dishes, crafted from the finest local ingredients.

All stays at Caravan Dakhla include daily breakfast, lunch and dinner for two guests per room (including non-alcoholic beverages).

Our Chef

Originally from Marrakech, Morocco, Chef Mohamed Boumezgane has always held a passion for cooking, a journey that began in his childhood. This zeal led him to volunteer with the Moroccan Federation of Culinary Arts. Equipped with extensive professional training, Chef Mohamed has been instrumental in the launch of numerous restaurants in Marrakech, showcasing an array of cuisines from traditional Moroccan to Italian and Lebanese.

At Levante, Chef Mohamed artfully merges Moroccan recipes with Mexican flair, drawing rich inspirations from local Dakhla traditions, especially its abundant seafood offerings.
